Easy Yogurt Doughnuts (no yeast, no faff, simple ingredients)

Hello Reader

Happy weekend!

Hope you had a good week! I've been trying hard to get ahead with work this week as we've only got one week to go before kids break up for week long half-term break. My intentions were good but then I got some beautiful Seville oranges and spent a day making marmalade (it's a lengthy but satisfying process) and that was me getting ahead... on preserves, work not so much.

I have managed, however, post a fantastic new recipe on the blog, recipe I'm super excited about as it took me back down memory lane again - Easy Yogurt Doughnuts. These mini doughnuts are absolutely the bee's knees and the best thing is that batter takes only 5 minutes to make. There is no yeast involved and as long as all of your ingredients (and there aren't many) are at room temperature you are good to go and can have them ready in no time at all. There is a chance you already have all of the ingredients at home to make them this weekend. They are so worth it.

Enjoy!

⭐️ Review of the week

This week's review of the week is for my Easy No-Knead Wholemeal Bread so many of you know already. However, every time somebody discovers this recipe it makes me so happy that yet another person is enjoying homemade bread instead of supermarket one.

"Was wary about this recipe as there's so many different techniques out there BUT wow how wrong was I?!
Came out perfectly and absolutely delicious. We couldn't wait for it to cool so we sliced the end off whilst still warm and had lashings of butter on it hehe. Thank you so much for posting such great instructions and notes.
Best loaf I've made! Ps. Sent the recipe to my sister and she loves it too." ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello Reader Hope you are well. First of all, I would like to apologise for a mistake in my last e-mail with Easy Easter Themed Bakes I sent on Sunday 22nd March where I said that Easter was only a week away where in fact it was two! I promise I'm not the one to wish time away and was more than happy to be put straight (thank you Liz ☺️). Anyway, as I'm writing this very e-mail Easter Sunday is little over a week away so still plenty of time to check out some of those bakes. Today's recipe...

Easter Themed Bakes

Hello Friends! I hope you're well! Easter Sunday is exactly a week away and so it must be time for a spot of Easter baking. I've got plenty of simple recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth and as you'll notice mini eggs are making frequent appearance as well. Unfortunately, vegan mini eggs I recommend in my recipes are no longer available (such a shame) but you can swap them for any chocolates/sweets you like. I also found these vegan mini eggs by Mummy Meegz (available in the UK) but I haven't...

Easy Garlic Flatbread

Hello Reader Would you believe it's already Friday again! It seems like time has been using some sort of fast forward button recently. Anyway, I hope you are well and those of you in the UK have been basking in the sun this week. For me the spring is definitely here as this week marked my first load of laundry dried outside. As they say it's the little things in life, small pleasures right? 😊 But it's time for this week's brand new recipe.... EASY GARLIC FLATBREAD. I love making flatbreads...
