Hello Reader Happy Friday! If you're in the UK, you might have enjoyed couple of glorious sun shining days earlier this week with some warm (as for the time of year) temperatures. It was such a welcome change after weeks of gloom and constant rain. It didn't last long but there is a definite shift in the air so hopefully spring is just around the corner now. 🤞 But where am I going with this weather related small talk? Well, even though we have finally seen the sun, general vibe is still pretty cosy and comforting when it comes to food and so is my latest recipe - Creamy Cauliflower Leek and Potato Soup. It is a delicious alternative to your bog-standard leek and potato soup. It's quick and easy to make and so good after a nice walk on a cold day (sun or no sun, remember to keep moving 😉). Anyway, I hope you like it! Enjoy!
